In 1978, a new enterprise arised as a joint-venture between German company Steinle- one of the most important packaging and intralogistic specialist by that time- and Slovenian investor. The aim was to produce advanced technical equipment according to the German know-how, in the country that can assure highley educated engeneering resources, as well as top skilled technitians for best relationship with labour cost needed for demanded development and production.

The new production facilities enabled the company to spread its offer to the whole area of equipment for packaging and internal manipulation, as well as to spread its sales to a majority of demanding Western European markets, as well as India, all the way to China and the USA.

In the past seventies, the enterprise introduced industrial robots in the field of palletizing, as the first one in the branch! Nowadays, after decades, corporate orientation towards Industry 4.0. again start to position the company as a market trendsetter in particular niche solutions, as well as a modern traditional machine and customer oriented intralogistic systems provider.
